Here is the owner of the Il Castagnolino farmhouse. Carmela participates in the Geo show for the second time. Carmela prepares two typical dishes of the Tuscan tradition: the Carabaccia, the famous onion soup and the Cavallucci, poor biscuits of the local tradition.
